But when checked 5g compatibility, It shows handset does not support 5g

If all the required options are enabled then it's a big issue that Samsung has created, even the latest device is not enabled with 5G🤦🏻

Can you share a screenshot of what message you are getting?

Disable the other sim via settings before running the test in the Airtel app. Only Airtel sim needs to be running when performing the test.

These all things are irrelevant. In reality those 5G bands are not enabled by Samsung yet

This one is getting different error which I'm getting bcoz I have not selected 5G network and yes few devices are yet to receive software update
