To set up remote access between two Galaxy devices, you can use Samsung's "Remote Access" feature. Here are general steps you can follow:
1. **Check Compatibility:**
Ensure that both devices support Remote Access and are running a compatible version of Samsung software.
2. **Enable Remote Access:**
- On the device you want to control, go to Settings > General management > Enable Remote Access.
3. **Pair the Devices:**
- On the device you want to control, go to Settings > Connections > More connection settings > Remote Access > Add Device.
- Select the device you want to control from the list.
4. **Accept Connection on the Controlled Device:**
- The device being controlled will receive a notification. Accept the connection request.
5. **Control the Device:**
- Once connected, you should be able to control the other device remotely.
Note: These steps might vary slightly depending on your specific Galaxy devices and the software version they are running. Always refer to the user manual or support documentation for your specific models for accurate instructions.
If you encounter difficulties, ensure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network, and check for any updates to the software or the Remote Access feature on your devices.

OthersThe remote access can be done through Smart tutor app which enable the support team to check the issues in your phone remotely. Otherwise, there's no official option to access remotely from one device to another as this will affect the privacy and security terms.
