OthersDear Samsung,
My name is Shravan Kumar, Last year I have purchased a Samsung m31s mobile in Aug 2020, Unfortunately, 10days back suddenly it got blank and restated from then it is restarting automatically I took it to the service center they told me to change the motherboard which costing around Rs.9000. With so many savings from so many months, I have purchased this mobile by trusting your brand but now I am totally broken and disappointed with this issue, Why because within 1 year and one-month mobile got damaged without any of my faults, Right now I am in a position I can't even afford 1000 for repair because of my situation. I Purchased this mobile for my online classes, From10 days I missed all my classes don't know what to do. As a Student I use this mobile for online classes and I use it for Youtube that's it, You can check my mobile also not even having a single scratch. All of a sudden this happened to me, I am in a position that I can't afford this or do anything please kindly help me.
