Regarding M31s Restarting Problem

Dear Samsung,

 My name is Shravan Kumar, Last year I have purchased a Samsung m31s mobile in Aug 2020, Unfortunately, 10days back suddenly it got blank and restated from then it is restarting automatically I took it to the service center they told me to change the motherboard which costing around  Rs.9000. With so many savings from so many months, I have purchased this mobile by trusting your brand but now I am totally broken and disappointed with this issue, Why because within 1 year and one-month mobile got damaged without any of my faults, Right now I am in a position I can't even afford 1000 for repair because of my situation. I Purchased this mobile for my online classes, From10 days I missed all my classes don't know what to do. As a Student I use this mobile for online classes and I use it for Youtube that's it, You can check my mobile also not even having a single scratch. All of a sudden this happened to me, I am in a position that I can't afford this or do anything please kindly help me.

The culprit is the buggy update they pushed in November, you are not alone to face this problem, many M series users reported this issue. Back up your data before it's too late. Your phone will be dead after a few days and don't spend 9k on the so called service center, they are just scammers. Instead buy a new Redmi or Realme phone. You'll get it at around 12k or less in Amazon with killer offers.

Really? It would be dead? I have m30s and after 2yrs now I'm suddenly facing auto switch off problems

Most of the people face this issue and their device becomes dead after sometime. If you are lucky enough then your device may sustain, but there is high possibility that your device will be dead. So it is a good idea to perform a backup.

Is there any option that I can get help from Samsung, For Repair or replacement? My Mobile Warranty is Completed in August 2021 Itself.

Unfortunately no, the cost of motherboard is very high and since majority of users face this problem, replacement of motherboard for free is not possible as this will be a loss for them. So, any device outside warranty is not eligible for free replacement of motherboard. So, backup your data as soon as possible to avoid loss of data.

Check your software update if you have October first security patch because it is better than any other last ones!

Yes updated yesterday to Oct 2021 update in m30s

Still it got restarted and stuck on logo for so long... half of phone upper part became soo hot. This was very scary
