OthersPlease anyone, help me recovering my data which had been encrypted on my device(galaxy j7 duo) before factory resetting.
Now I'm unable to access my files.
Please help me to fix that and I have uploaded a screenshot below.

No it's mostly not possible. A random key is generated by the OS and stored in a secure location . This key encrypts your sd card. Unfortunately you have factory reset your device, which has also deleted that encryption key. You can try searching on Google for decryption method but the chance for that is small
