Quick Setting Access from Lockscreen

I wish,Samsung would've given us the option whether we want to access the quick setting from lockscreen or not!!

It's really bad,that they made it default to get used!

Even other brands have given us the option ,whether we want it or not!!

I hope,Samsung would fix thi..
