Exynos 9610 is good for:
CPU Speed
Power Efficiency
AI processing
Better Display support
Snapdragon is good for:
GPU
Better RAM capability
Slightly better Camera(Image Processing) support than 9610
Moto P40 is going to be launched with both these chipsets. If you can, do wait for the performance reviews of both the variants of Moto P40.
But except of Gaming I guess there is no point going for SD675 as the Image Processing also depends upon sensor and device.
