After updation to Android Oreo, the Handset J5 Prime is now very slow. Is it possible to rollback from Oreo to Marshmallow???

u can do it manually or visit care for that ...
for manual downgrade u need to install custom rom of original version of samsung rom n update by a samsung tool...
