Problem on Galaxy J7 Nxt

I have a problem on my Samsung Galaxy J7Nxt. When i upgrade the system on latest version Android 9 the problem is started from their. Problem is anytime ringtone volume is decreasing automatically. Every time i increase it but some time latter ringtone volume is automatically decrease. Please give me the solution...

go for the hard reset problem is slowed i also face same problem but after hard reset problem is resolved
