Suddenly  my samsung galaxy note 9 shows  usb connector connected  notification without connect any kind of power plug socket and It's showing again and again and my battery draining  early. How can I solve this issue please help me.

There's a physical damage in the phone, in the charging port, get it repaired on a service center

Yes... It is charging port problem. Replace it.
