My galaxy m31 is not working after the recent software update that i recieved yesterday night,  I downloaded  it and installed  it today  morning  it was installing and then it shows  a light blue  screen  showing downloading (do not turnoff target)  and with a bar code in the bottom what should  I do to make my phone work, it was in the same stage for past 7 hours. No customer care  human assistance are available till now .

What  should  u want to do,  to make my galaxy  m31 mobile phone to work?? 

Please suggest  me the steps to be taken to make my phone  work
