Open samsung member app and click get help in right downside .... and then click on error report... and mention your problem and send to samsung samsung expert team..they will contact you ....or you can clear çache and cookies....or Uninstall some apps which are consuming more batteries ...... you can check which app is using most of Data .as battery draining problems are mostly related with application with net access ..you can see ...which app is using most internet..if you are not using it ...check its background activity....and disable it ....hope it will work
