PUBG issue

Anyone facing the same problem after latest update of PUBG?
Is this problem occurring due to any device hardware issues or the game itself?

No guns
No Parachute while landing 
No enemies 

Facing this problem from last 3 days.....

it feels like spirits are available in the game because bullets are hitting our back but nothing showing in the map
