Dear Samsung, Please develop some mechanism, so that if a particular question is asked more than some predefined number of times, it finds a place in FAQ and further repetitive posts cannot be posted.
Since last few days I have encountered thousands of post celebrating nougat and then its been not a single day passed, they people are asking about Oreo update.
Due to so much of irrelevant posts, useful posts are hidden, for e.g I noticed an error in my S6 and was searching if same error has been noticed by any other community member as well, but due to so much of irrelevant posts I had to scroll and open many useless posts. Its such a discomfort and defeating the purpose of community.
I am not opposed to any of member posting but everyone should reasonably post, there is no point posting the same thing by hundreds of people.
I suggest following things-
1) A FAQ System as mentioned above 2) Let users comment and enjoy on your announcements 3) Block same kind of repetitive posts except errors so that we can have a clean community experience.
