Yes but what does this say about the authenticity of Samsung's word. They promised a release but aren't delivering on the promised date. Should we even trust them if they say they'll provide 7 years of software updates?

But here's a thing Samsung did not say they will release one ui 7 globally. Same thing had applied with the beta testing programs.

So let's wait Monday the 14th we will receive one ui 7

Actually, they did! They promised a release on 7th April for South Korea, then April 10th for the US and the rest of the world.

But I'll give them credit for saying it'll be rolled out "in phases" to the rest of the world.
