Here's a roast for Samsung: "Samsung, you're so busy polishing the crown jewels, you forgot the people. One UI 7 update? More like One UI 7 delay, am I right? Don't give us the update, but don't pretend you're not ignoring us either. The fire's burning, and we're not just talking about the Note series."

Such a poorly handled update would have been frustrating regardless, but it stings all the more so considering that — messy release aside — One UI 7 is pretty **bleep** great. But that messy release can’t be ignored. Ultimately, it takes what should have been Samsung’s best update in years and has turned it into one of the worst.
