That's Samsung SA for you, we don't get any of those good trade-in deals, updates take forever to come, we don't get beta, don't get any of the exclusive colours, some products we literally don't even get, and service is on par as asking a brick wall for help.
Yeah this is tragic, but honestly, they are better than Google, that being said they should at least get their support sorted out and the updates sorted I literally wouldn't care about anything else for some time if these can be sorted out
Trust me if you're beloved flagship is your daily driver don't do beta even in SA be glad cause your phone will have issues along the way and you will need a back up.
