The HDR10+ option for video recording is universal for normal video and pro modes. However on One UI 6 beta 2, this option captures a washed out log type video when using portrait video.
Turning it off fixes everything even if the high bitrate, HEVC option is selected. Then it also shows the READY text in yellow that portrait mode is active, or else it won't show.
