One UI 4 Upgrade notice not updated since 24/02

The One UI 4 upgrade notice hasn't got updated since the 24th of February. Some users have reported that they haven't received the update yet. Anyone knows why?

It's because Samsung does it batch by batch and they do monthly

I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about the Upgrade notice. It's July and the notice is still stuck on February.

It's because they update the upgrade notices yearly
