Samsung A02s randomly restarting.

My phone is randomly restarting even though Auto-restart is not set to the time it's restarting.This issue started after I upgraded my phone to Android 12. Before that, I didn't face such issue.

Blank Splash Screen?

All my apps are launching with a Blank Splash Screen on One UI Core 4.1.I recently updated to it. (Edit) The issue seems to be happening with third-party launchers only. One UI Home doesn't launch app with blank splash screen. 

Haven't got the One UI 4 update yet.

It's already September and I haven't got the update yet.On the One UI 4 upgrade notice, It shows that A02s will get the update on August.

One UI 4 Upgrade notice not updated since 24/02

The One UI 4 upgrade notice hasn't got updated since the 24th of February. Some users have reported that they haven't received the update yet. Anyone knows why?
