According to earlier history, Samsung generally provides maximum two major Android OS updates on their smartphone, regular monthly security patches for three years and quarterly security patches on its 4th year.

The Galaxy J7 Nxt debuted with Android 7 Nougat and it's already got two major Android updates, so it will not get Android 10. Screenshots below...
