Notifications keep appearing even after turning off

I am using Samsung Galaxy M52 5G device, I have turned off most of the app notifications however they still keep appearing on the notification drawer on top. Settings screenshot attached.

Just check inside

Settings>apps>select apps>notifications(blocked or enabled)

I am having another problem, while speaking to someone screen is getting turned off. Even after the call is over the screen is not waking even after double tap and only wakes after pressing power key. Please help @Sidhabhi.
