Please suggest what to do , in this app notification blocked by default. How to resolve this issue

Go to settings > apps > Yono SBI > notifications = enable the toggle

If it is greyed out.
Log into the app
Go to service request
Settings
Notifications
Enable account notifications

If this fails. Uninstall the app and reinstall.
