The word beta itself mentions you clearly that the rom is unstable. We are testing the beta right now and helping Samsung. You cant expect a proper rom until its stablised. it's your wish whether to downgrade or to stay.

Working Solutions For Alomst Bugs Are As Follows:-
1)After Installing Beta Software Kindly Clear Cached Data Of Device From Stock Recovery.
2)Instead Of Updating Many System Apps Like Music/Members/Calculator/Video etc. The Best Way Is To Uninstall Them And Install Again From Galaxy Apps To Avoid Force Closing Or Update Error Or Theme Adoption Issues.
3)Try To Clear Data Of Daily Usable System Apps After Updating Like Contacts/Phone/Experience Home/Gallery/Messages etc. To Overcome Lagging Or Force Close Issues.
4)Finally To Overcome System Ui Issue Like Notification Panel Pull Down Issue In Landscape Mode Or Turning On Flashlight Error Etc. Just Reboot Your Device Once.
5) I Have Experienced Many Issues On My Note9 Using Beta At The Beginning But After Trying Above Ways It Feels Better Without Any Issues.
