In Note 9 all applications are getting updated, Bixby notice also appeared mentioning you will get new look for Bixby in P. Security patch updated for November 1, 2018.
Good Lock updated for Pie mentioning it is preparing for P.

These are clear cut indications that Beta will start shortly.
