Why is there limit for beta testing users. I can't enrol for my note 10 beta version

yes there is a limit for beta testers. bets os is not a stable os and its mainly released to test the phone in real time environment. so the samsung team do collect the phone logs and feedbacks amd try to fix the issue. they have the limit cos they can't collect the logs of all users .

but i want it so badly i always took part every time in beta versions

keep looking for the banner. cos if someone withdrew from beta testing you will be able to join
