Samsung .im really got desapointed about my galaxy. And the device has no major software update updates for about 2 years.im using this device for about 2 years.still this is marshmello **bleep**.i cant even download some apps and games frome play store .its saying your device is not compatable with that version of app.so im requesting you guys to inform me is there any software update atleast to nougat.im not asking for oreo or pie.so please fix this .and im using galaxy grand prime plus. If there is no update i need to switch my device.to another brand for sure.please give me a reply.and i think you guys are not intersted in providing service for budget users .only for flagship users.and there is another problem of storage.there is only 3 gb storage available out 8 gb.and pls fix that tooo
