clean the fingerprint area go to settings and check whether your fingerprint is registered
check in software updates that full security patch is downloaded or not

last option should be restarting your phone which I hope should solve the issue

I already do that and my fingerprint is registered but nothing happens

Its a software issue or fingerprint malfunction still not resolved means take it to Service centre for better analyse I guess
