CUSTOMER CARE OF NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDER ASK THEM TO SEND INTRNET CONFIGURATION SETTINGS FOR YOUR DEVICE
NOW SAVE THAT SETTINGS
NOW JUST RESTART(REBOOT) YOUR DEVICE ONCE
NOW CHECK STILL PROBLEM??
