I agree but it seems issue is not with Samsung but with the apps.It seems they aren't supporting that brightness in their app but are in their website, so that is the issue.

Good callout.
I am also using S22 Ultra and not seeing any brightness issue with OTT platforms including Netflix.

When you watch netflix, it's netflix which controls the phones brightness. What you need to do is when you play a video on netflix. Touch once on the screen to bring up video controls, on the very left side of screen you'll see the slider to control the phones brigthness. This should solve the issue.

Generally the phones brightness is being controlled by the app which is running, in our case i.e netflix. In the screen shot see that there is a verticle slider on the left side of the video controls which is controlling the brightness, if you increase that the brightness will improve on your phone. It must be low in your case.Screenshot_20220405-163023_Netflix.jpg

Also, check if your power saving is on or off. if its on that also reduces the brightness. You can even try keeping the adaptive brightness off and control the main brightness setting yourself. It might be that you are in a dark room and the adaptive brightness is reducing your phone's brightness automatically.
