Need performance upgrade for F62

Dear samsung,

The recent reviews for F62 have been terrible regarding its performance. I've been playing PUBG Korean on the device and I'm getting 30-40 fps on average while playing on lowest graphics and max frame rate settings. Even my old Galaxy M30s with much inferior Exynos 9611 chipset performs much better than this device. To confirm the performance, I ran Geekbench 5 on the device and got even less than 300 score. 300 is a very shameful score for a device priced above Rs. 20,000 and having a flagship chipset. I've tried to contact the Samsung customer care again and again and also sent the error log file. Every time, I just receive a message giving tips like clearing the storage and ram from the device which doesn't work at all. What is the use of a flagship processor if I have to compromise? I'm very disgusted with this phone and have lodged a complaint against the company in the National Consumer Forum (Docket no: 2706492). Also I'm not afraid to go through a legal process if required. I'm tired of getting excuses from the company. All I need is either a performance upgrade or I want my money back.

I'm also facing same problem bro. 26k waste ho Gaye mere iss ghatiya brand ka phone lekar.

I feel ye phone samsung ka ek experimental phone tha jo fail ho gya. Because is range me Samsung ke baaki phones me 700 range ke processors hai. Puraana exynos flagship processor daalkr samsung shyd us time Realme X2 ko challenge krna chah rha tha jo Snapdragon 855+ ke saath aa rha tha us time.

Maybe bro. Ye phone mene 26feb ko Liya tha or lene k bad pubg kr m 55-60 mil raha tha but 15din pehle ek update aya phn m joki tha April security patch (2021)
Ye update Karne k bad phn ka performance Pura ghatiya ho chuka hain. Isse acccha hota mi 10i le leta😑

Same brother. I don't know inhone kya Kiya phone ke saath. Even camera on krne pe bhi bht zyaada heat ho rha hai aur bht baar app crash ho jaata hai. Charging me bhi thdi heating hai. Baaki ye toh sure hu ki phone ka heat sink bht bekaar hai. Proper cooling system nhi hai phone me.

Jindegi m or kavi v ye ghatiya company ka mobile nahi lunga. Issse kam price me MI poco issse bohot behtar phone dete h😑😑or koi phone bechne k time asa add dete hain k isse accha koi phn nahi hain😑shame on samsung

I can understand brother. I've to play in a cool environment (under AC) to get a median 30-40 fps average. Also, I have installed all the game plugins and lowered the graphics to just 55% using game booster ultra. Also I installed Galaxy Labs app and the Thermal Guardian app through internet and increased the throttling temperature to 2°C more than default. Still, the performance has not changed much. Note: Galaxy labs and the thermal guardian app are not available in India. You'll have to download them manually via 3rd party websites on internet.
