First of all i want say that software developer team is Completely a confidential team and nobody knows when the next update comes its only share with the higher Authorities but if they told you that you will get on 16 that doesn't means you will get at exact 12 am you have all day tomorrow and they gonna open the beta program in India just wait for tomorrow
