Still SIM 1 have a problem
Only SIM 1 does not work

I once had an issue on my A21s whereby my Vodacom Sim only worked in SIM 2 but Rain did work on both SIM 1 and 2. Just soft restart or give it time it will work.

Which model do you use??

Maybe a fault sim, u can have it replaced too
