My S3 neo got switched off automatically and is not turning onn

My samsung galaxy S3 Neo switched off automaticallay and is not turning on , its battery was 91 percent still it got of, even charging it doesn"t turn on the phone, even the battery charging indicator is not shown while charging during switch of,

I even tried to enter recovery mode, but the phone is also not entering into recovery mode

 Please help i have important documents in the phone.

Is samsung doing this purposely to destroy old phones, my 2 old phones got destroyed by samsung.

it has removable battery na, remove ur battery and try to clean the battery connecting pin,

then u have to go for the service, if the phone don't have any sign of life then there is no way to do anything,

the service centre guy told that he doesn't have the firmware of this device ,but the firmware is available on Samsung official website still he told that he doesn't have the firmware

i have seen videos on youtube with same problem on the same device and they recovered the device by downloading system image file on sdcard and then flashing firmware with odin
