Samsung fan boys are coming up with Amazing Excuses! let's examine few of them, shall we?

#1 delayed updates to flagship devices

Excuse : Well, Samsung has so many devices to deal with hence the delay. Poor Samsung, how do you expect them to roll out updates to 100 devices?

My reply : Well, we paid close to 1000$ for a flagship which is 100 to 150 $ more than US market. Yet we don't get premium service and offers that US market users get. Its not my problem that Samsung has 100 devices to care for. I paid for a flagship and expect a flagship experience. Would you be fine if you booked first class ticket but they offered you economy class?

#2 Mid range devices have unresolved bugs and issues

Excuse : You bought a cheap device so you have to put up with poor quality!

My reply : Wrong! Users paid for product and its their right to demand fixes for issues in their products regardless of whether it is basic, mid range or cheap range.

#3 Poor after sales

Excuse : Samsung is "branded". Their service is way better than Chinese brands.

my reply : Wrong again! Besides S7 I also own OnePlus 3 which is a Chinese brand. They have opened an exclusive OnePlus experience store in Brigade road, Bangalore where service is guaranteed in 1 hour. I got display of my OP3 replaced in 1 hour without any hassle. When I cracked my S7 display, it was a pain to get it replaced under one time replacement warranty. These days Chinese brands offer better after sales and value for Money.

#4 Note 7 Fiasco

Excuse : It was a one time mistake. Won't happen again!

My reply : wrong again! There are several reports of S7 battery bulging or expanding and glass cracking because of overheating. that is why Samsung in their recent updates have increased fast charging time which was reported in this forum by many users. they also slightly reduced screen brightness to avoid overheating. this shows that there is a basic flaw in Batteries and thermal management Samsung uses!

#5 s7, s7edge, s8 and s8+ partial charging issues. (charging stops at 80-88%)

Excuse: We have introduced a feature that halts charging if device becomes hot.

My reply: This happens even when the device is at normal temperature and even when charging is started at 79%. Also the charging doesn't stop even if device is hot but % is below 80 or more than 88. Samsung is just covering their shortcoming by naming it as a feature. We are not idiots, Sammy... This is clearly an issue in your Nougat software update as it was not there in Marshmallow. We will feel more satisfied with the product if you at least admit that this IS an issue from your side and tell us that you are working on it instead of giving us worthless solutions and lying about your so-called feature.

Yeah and they have taught this thing to their Authorised sellers and service centres too... They were lecturing me on the same thing.

This is useless man. I am regretting buying such an expensive Samsung device. I fought against my parents to get this phone and now I only am suffering from problems because of it.

Same here. my family suggested OnePlus 3T. I argued and got the S7. Now I can't even exchange it with anyone at home because they prefer OnePlus devices which are so fast and fluid. Dash charge is amazing. 0 to 100 in 74 mins flat with no overheating!
