I bought a samsung galaxy s8 plus a year before. After One year the phone has started showing wifi and Bluetooth issues. Its not working. so i went to the samsung customer care and i showed the mobile and the started finding the issues, they updated the software, after the it was showing the same issue, then they said may be after formatting the IMEA may be it will be rectified, i waited for 3 hrs. Atlast they found that it was the Board complaint. I was so dipressed because it took only one year and the phone has not fallen from any distance. i bought this phone for Rs 67,000/-. I just want to know wats the use of buying branded mobile of this cost if its not running atleast for 1 year.
