Missing Voice Recording

I have deleted 2 voice records uncertainly  from...J7 Prime.Help me to recover those....it is very much urgent....please guide me.

i'm sorry but there is probably no way to recover it. I am not sure though. I suggest you search internet or watch any youtube vid regarding the same.
