Message sending failed!!

I am facing this issue since october.A long time ago I had sent feedback. They told me some steps to follow. I have applied those steps but still the issue remains as it was.
What to do now?

You need to to Change your Sms center number settings .
You can get it from someone with the same brand sim card.

Can you recieve messages?

some messages are not sending by default messages app. Those messages i tried with truecaller and all was sent.

its the problem only with default messages app.

And is Samsung Messages your default messaging service?

there is not a 3 dot menu for messages app.
samsung messages is default bro.
