M30s Keeps Restarting

M30s keeps restarting after factory reset.

Please help. 

Due to lock down unable to visit any service center.

I am sending it every day. Please let us know when the new patch update ll available?

Or how to revert defective patch ? This is lockdown period and service centers are not functional. We dont want to deposite our phone at service center due to data concerns.
