i have recently applied the new update (released on March).After the same ,the phone is not booting up.

how did you update that?mobile data or firmware flash by smart switch? if it's mobile data or wifi then your procedure is absolutely wrong..because one and only recommended and proper procedure is firmware flash only ....thatswhy Samsung introduced smart switch that peoples will get bug,software hole free highest performance of device..but peoples simply download it and facing different different types of issues...now go to Samsung service center and flash that firmware which is absolutely free within warrenty period of device

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check device in safe mode to perform that power off the device for that press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device, when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key. Kindly exit the safe mode by restarting the device.
