My level U is not connecting with My Samsung Galaxy A50.Please resolve my problem.

Go to phone settings
Select Applications
Now, click at 3 dot option button 
Select Show System Apps
Now Go to Bluetooth 
Select it and click on storage
Clear cache/data
or
Go to settings
scroll down to general management, select it.. and click on reset, after this select reset network settings, click ok..
or
Just check your headset with the other device, ifvits working or not?
or
Remove pairing (unpair) and then pair your devices again
