Recently I got new J7 Prime. It's getting heated unusually. Not even in heavy usage, if I start using phone it's getting heated within 5 mins. Please help me guys and let me know, If it's a common issue with this Device

I do understand these reasons of heating. But I've been using smart phone for 4 years. But I've never had such issues with my previous smartphones and I don't multitask as it leads to heat. It's completely different when I compare what I've experienced with other phones. However a smartphone is meant to use apps otherwise I would have brought a normal phone. However I've checked with all your troubleshooting steps and it's heating as awlays. So now am in safe mode and sending this reply.
