Issue with YouTube

Anyone facing issue with the YouTube app?

First problem:

The audio plays fine, but the video doesn't play for a while like so 3 seconds it's pause ..then continues. It's happening for video and shorts.

Second problem:

Once I open a video,

Below there are some suggestions / recommended video.

I'm unable to scroll through that list.

Ya i also face this probelem after the update that if i was seeing a vedio and closes mobile without closing youtube but after just 2 mins if i open mobile then screen becomes white

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
