Issue related to delay of One UI 7 update.

Android 16 beta testing start by Google but Samsung was unable to provide One UI 7 Stable (Android 15) update on most of the samsung devices and if Samsung can give One UI 7 Stable to newly launch Samsung device such as F06, S25, etc. then why Samsung delayed stable update for the previous launched device such as S23, A15, F15 , M15 etc.
