Issue after update

My phone is M21,and after one UI 4.1 update,it slowed by phone ,now it gets hang many times,

Samsung needs to look at this ,and bring solution faster😑😑

Means now the upgrade is not stable,how can u assure that

1. Settings 》Device Care 》Battery 》Background usage limits 》
* Deep sleeping apps 》select all apps
* Sleeping apps 》select all apps

2. Settings 》Apps 》
Android system Web view 》Tap on 3 dots 》uninstall update
Android system intelligence 》Tap on 3 dots 》uninstall update
Chrome 》Tap on 3 dots 》uninstall update

3. Reset your device

Ok thanks,after this will it's revert back to Android 11,or remains same
