You should always opt out from such things during the initial setup of the device. It is hidden, so you should have manually disabled them.

As of now try going to Settings>Apps and disabled every unwanted applications.

I had the same issue but i manually installed a Vietnam based Rom to avoid unnecessary bloatware.

Sadly this problem is with all the low to mid range devices.

There might be some applications that can't be uninstalled so just disabled the application. Don't play around with system based applications just in case.

I see ad only while charging my phone during night with screen off and I am sleeping
