If you are unable to send any SMS (text) messages to any contacts, try the options below. - Please check the Message Centre number stored in the mobile as this could be missing or incorrect. confirm with your operator, if you are not sure..(have word with your network operator) or - Clear the Messaging apps data stored in the mobile. Step 1: Open Settings on your mobile Step 2: Scroll down and select Apps Step 3: Scroll down and open the Messages app Step 4: Select Storage Step 5: Tap Clear Data, then tap OK when prompted Step 6: Restart your device. Step 7: Try sending a text message. If it doesn't work, perform a factory reset on your device(but do back up your data before performing factory reset)
