Ok . . That means problem with messenger app only. . No worries they will solve it with next app updates. . Even am getting sound only for messenger. . They have an issues on their app. .
Yes you're right . . I already saw some people's also same issues. . But they think bubbles are not working in mobile because of latest update or having bug in os . . But true fact is having a problem by fb side . . They have to look and fix it . .
