How to recover VI SIM number after my phone got stolen ?

Please tell me in details how can I recover my lost SIM card. I'm facing great trouble without it.

In our area, the VI store is useless. They were telling that it is not impossible and was destroying all of my hopes.
But a local mobile shop owner who lives in our locality and knows us well RECOVERED MY VI SIM and I got relieved 😌

If your sim, is linked either with your license, aadhar, or any other documents, just go to vi store along with them, show them your proof and a duplicate sim will be given to you. Plus an otp will come to the mobile no. In which 1st time it was sent when u must have bought it. As this is the process of Jio. Well visit VI office first.

But the number in which the OTP will be send was initially Vodafone and then converted to Jio last year. Will it cause any problem ?

But the Vi Store in our area is just a dumb. A bald person was sitting and he don't even touch my documents and use any device to solve my problem. Instead he just listened and told that it is impossible to recover.
