Everyone is trying to have a balanced & a healthy diet that will fulfill our nutritional needs & wouldn't make us obese 😅
There are many brand having professionals to make your diet , some of them charges heavily some of them didn't understand your actual condition & recommend a random average of diet.
So here is Samsung health to Help you & its absolutely free ~ not even a single paise will be charged to you.
Because you understand yourself the most 😀
Even if you need some help to understand RDA just Google it.
I am giving a normal average chart
As many parts of India having Different food habits ( eg in South India Idly Dhosa are eaten normally when in the Eastern Indian having Muri Luchi etc foods ) so you can create your own
Here's the RDA
How to use Samsung health app to keep a track on it
1. Install Samsung health app ( if not installed, if installed go to step 2 )
Now launch the app.
2. Tap on record in the food tab
Now it will ask for the meal time ,
Select that & click on done
Now search the food or restaurant
Here most types of different food list is available
Eg here i search rice , different types of rice come in search
Now select the food you are consuming
Give all the necessary details eg how many cups or grams you are eating & now many quantities you are consuming
Now click on done ,
Then tap on add food to add another item ( eg curry or any sabji you are consuming)
& its done ,
It will keep track of the nutrients you are getting
Thank you for reading the post ,
Be Healthy & Happy
Any issues feel free to comment or dm.
Have a great day ahead.

That diet chart with less than 1200 calories per day is too less for an adult male unless he is aiming for too fast a loss in weight.
